Swedish Spanish Home is an international company built upon a construction tradition and family heritage dating back to 1965. This strong foundation was laid by the father of our founder Erdal Şahin; the late master signed off on dozens of projects across Turkey from 1965 to 1988.

Erdal Şahin, carrying forward this legacy inherited from his father and his deep passion for the profession, has been working continuously as a contractor since 17 March 1987. The combined experience of father and son reaches a total of 49 years, and during this time the 21-classroom Zafertepe Anatolian High School in Ankara, the health centre and staff accommodation in Karaman Ermenek Sarıveliler, the Taşkent Municipality staff accommodation and nearly 150 completed projects stand as concrete proof of this accumulated expertise.

Today, Swedish Spanish Home operates with offices in Spain (Malaga), Sweden (Stockholm), Turkey (Muğla) and Belarus (Mogilev); providing high-standard services to its European clients in their own languages in the fields of real estate, construction and building renovation.
